We act as Processor per our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Client as Controller must:

• Implement Data Subject rights workflows
• Appoint DPO where required (Art. 10 PDPL)
• Notify UAE Data Office of breaches within 72 hours (Art. 21 PDPL)
